Sarah moved to approve notes from the last meeting with no changes Sharon (or Tara?) seconded

Finances:
Sharon: Taxes are done.
Schedule Meetings for the Year: Third Thursday (quorum is 6)

Chicks survey:

Please let her know who should be on the “alumni list” and who should be on the “active member” list.
Pictures: Soozin says she doesn’t care so much about whether the photos are chicks specific gigs or not. (ex. chicks stilting in the state fair parade or Barebones)
Sarah asked for permission to update pictures part of the website. Everyone: yes. The website needs updating.

- Look at all pictures on the chicks website: make sure they are all chicks. Bring info to next meeting.
- Spend a few minutes looking at the website come up with opinions about what should/ shouldn’t be on the website and bring that to the next meeting.
Survey Monkey finally worked:
We went over the chicks survey.

Take away from the chicks survey. Look at it before the next meeting and discuss.
Costume budget: pay into kitty or no? 8:12
- (a few people)It’s hard to be paid an appropriate amount for making costuming so is
hard to ask to take some out for the kitty.
- Soozin: As long as there is a paid stilt walking gig then people can be paid the full amount to create a costume. Otherwise, it would be a case by case.
- Sarah: The coordinator is the one who would be the first to get the hit if they negotiate costume budget if they don’t get anything for it.

$159.75 for 600 with shipping in 7 days.
